KosaKya GmbH is an enterprise IT consulting firm based in Sulzthal, Germany. We work on the systems a business cannot afford to lose — mostly government agencies and publicly traded companies.
Who works here
One managing director, a handful of employees, a deep bench of freelancers — hand-picked, seniors all of them.
That is not a growth model, it is a decision. Anyone walking into a project that is already on fire has to be productive on day one, not three months in. So we have no juniors — teaching still happens, just on the customer's site and on the real system.
What holds it together is where we come from, not an org chart: most of us come out of the data center and the UNIX world.
What we measure ourselves against
Not the sign-off. Everyone signs eventually.
But how they talk about the project in-house long after we have gone — and whether they call us again years later for the next thing.
Provide the Customer with a successful project that gets referred to internally as exactly that — "a successful project": That is our goal. And we are very good at achieving this.
